Greenspring Associates is growing!  We are looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator to join our Investor Relations’ Team.    

Founded in 2000 to focus solely on venture capital investments, Greenspring Associates serves as a value-added, lifecycle partner for fund managers and entrepreneurs on both a primary and secondary basis. With a comprehensive platform and dedicated Portfolio Impact program, we manage approximately $12 billion in committed capital across diversified, direct, secondary and bespoke venture strategies for a diverse group of institutions and high net worth individuals.

We are currently fully remote due to COVID-19 and will have a flexible Work From Home Policy when the office does re-open. 

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Greenspring is seeking a detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years finance or client service experience to join our team. The candidate will serve in a key role to support the firm’s fundraising and client service initiatives.

For such a dynamic role, this candidate must possess a variety of skills and be excited to grow within the company over time. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Update and maintain the firm’s CRM, including producing reports and dashboards
  • Work closely with existing and prospective investors to answer operational questions
  • Conduct research and analyses on existing and prospective investors for the senior investor relations team
  • Liaise with the firm’s marketing and communications team to coordinate the logistics for events, campaigns, and announcements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability work well with many constituents in a fast pace environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a similar position within a financial institution, start up, or other organization preferred
