Senior Performance Analyst

The Senior Performance Analyst will be a key member of the Firm’s Business Intelligence Team and will play a significant role in preparing and reviewing quarterly performance reporting for purposes of the Firm’s marketing materials and special limited partner requests. You will also assist the Performance Manager with the facilitation of other strategic reporting projects for the Firm. Your primary responsibility is to analyze and review financial performance of funds, direct and secondary investments both on a historical and go-forward basis. In addition, you will have the hands-on opportunity to help evolve and enhance our enterprise reporting by identifying areas of opportunity.


  • Key contributor to the quarterly performance reporting process as it relates to the Firm’s fund, direct and secondary investments
  • Support the Performance Manager in reviewing and preparing special reporting for marketing materials and ad-hoc limited partner requests
  • Leverage software solutions to increase efficiencies within the performance reporting process
  • Support financial analysis of funds, directs and secondaries, measuring historical performance against projected future performance
  • Assist with mapping out current and future portfolio construction to monitor fund pacing
  • Coordinate with the investment team to ensure end-of-day outcomes for funds are accurately projected
  • Collaborate with business intelligence analysts, investment associates and analysts to deliver high quality reporting insights to the Firm
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years’ experience in venture capital, private equity or fund accounting or related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Familiarity of the private equity/venture capital market, especially performance metrics
  • Ability to operate in a demanding and fast paced environment and balance multiple tasks
  • Articulate, polished and well-rounded with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion to work collaboratively with cross-functional groups
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with any of the following systems desirable but not required: Pitchbook, Salesforce, Chronograph
